Crispy fries piled high with juicy steak, buttery shrimp, melty cheese, and a rich garlic sauce—pure indulgence in every bite! ⸻

🧾 INGREDIENTS

Base:
• 1 lb (450 g) frozen or fresh fries
• Salt, to taste

Steak & shrimp:
• 8 oz (225 g) sirloin or ribeye, sliced
• 8 oz (225 g) shrimp, peeled & deveined
• Salt & black pepper
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp butter
• 3 cloves garlic, minced

Cheese & toppings:
• 1½ cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar
• Fresh parsley or green onions, chopped

Optional sauce (highly recommended 😍):
• ½ cup garlic aioli or creamy garlic sauce
• Or ranch / spicy mayo

👩‍🍳 INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cook the fries:
Bake or fry fries until extra crispy.

Season lightly with salt. 2. Cook steak:
Season steak with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

Sear in a hot skillet with olive oil, 2–3 minutes per side. Remove and rest. 3.

Cook shrimp:
In the same pan, add butter and garlic. Add shrimp, season lightly, and cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink. 4.

Assemble:
Spread fries on a serving platter. Top with sliced steak and shrimp. Sprinkle cheese over hot fries so it melts.

5. Finish:
Drizzle with garlic aioli or sauce of choice. Garnish with parsley or green onions.
