I took my dad to the mall the other day to get him some new shoes 👟 (he’s 92!). We stopped at the food court for a quick bite 🍔🥤, and I noticed he kept watching a teenager with wild, spiked hair – bright green, red, orange, and blue 🎨🧑🎤. Dad just kept staring 👀.
Every time the kid looked over, there was my dad… still staring. Finally, the teen snapped, “What’s the matter, old man? Never done anything wild in your life?”
I braced myself.
I knew my dad was about to say something unforgettable. Without missing a beat, he said:
“Got drunk once and had a wild night with a parrot and a peacock. Just wondering if you were my son.” 🦜😂
